Git Integrations

Appsero was introduced with the intention to provide a simple, fast, and easy way for developers to push their plugins/themes to the WordPress.org repository. That is why it has Git Integrations.

You can push new updates using

  • Bitbucket
  • GitLab
  • Github

Let us see how you can do that.

You can use only one Git Integration at a time. You have to disconnect a Git before using the other ones.

Git Integrations

For Git integration, click on the Integrations option from the sidebar on your Appsero dashboard.

There, after scrolling down you will find the options to connect with Bitbucket, GitLab, Github. Click connect and you will be automatically connected.

If you don’t have an account on Bitbucket, GitLab, or Github, then you need to create an account before integrating with Appsero.

There is another way for these integrations. Click on Plugins/Themes from the sidebar. There select a plugin/theme you want to push using those integrations.

Now, select the Integrations option from the sidebar.

After that, you will find the options to connect your Appsero account to any of them.

How to Push Updates from Git via Automatic Deployment?

After you have connected your Git account, follow the push to deploy documentation to push plugin/theme updates directly from Git (Github/GitLab/BitBucket)
