Expired Subscriptions Email List

Appsero introducing the Expired Subscription email feature. This feature is available for Premium plugins.  Now you will get that customer’s email list who didn’t renew their subscription plan in time to your desired email address as a CSV file.

If a paid customer doesn’t renew the premium plan in time, You can set an automatic email which will automatically be sent to Your desired mailbox as a CSV file. So, You can download the CSV file and use it.

To set the Expired subscription email, You need to go to Appsero Dashboard > Plugins > Choose your premium plugin > Email > Expired Subscriptions Email.

Then You need to activate the Expired Subscription by clicking the Enable button.

After activating the Expired Subscription Email, You will see the below window. Here you will get Days after the expired field. Here you can choose the number of days (3, 7, 14, 30) after which you want to receive the email containing the email list.

Add the emails where you want to receive the email containing the list of customers who didn’t renew their subscriptions. You can add more than one email separated by commas.

You will get the list as a CSV file.

You will then receive an email similar to the screenshot below, where you will find a CSV download button. Click the Download button to get the CSV file.

Please note that this download button will not work after 7 days of receiving this email.

After downloading the CSV file, it will look like the screenshot below when you open the CSV file.
